Based on the TSBs first two digits it was issued in 2022. This is the TSB number given to me by the dealership. Apparently the TSB database on this website hasn't been updated to reflect TSBs issued in 2022.

Have you tried www.chryslerminivan.net They may have what you are looking for since they cater to the later models (2017 and above)

Pacifica Hybrid 2021. The TSB is about a module that keeps the hybrid battery warm. Text of complaint is something like "Customer complains engine runs excessively".

yeah i looked S2208000041 is a STAR case number not a TSB. STAR is Chrysler tech hotline for issues that was see in the field. This info will not be made available until a TSB is actually made. Looking in my data base they are not listing any TSBs for the hybrid system have the code numbers that are in the star report or anything with the complaint you listed.

This is an example of a TSB first 2 numbers are the area designated aka engine, AC drivability the rest or reference numbers.

That's interesting. The ICE has been running at times when I thought it didn't need to be running. I can get around it by turning off the climate control, however it looks like if the temp gets in the 30's the engine runs regardless of climate control setting. It's my understanding that non plug in hybrids like the Prius will turn on their ICE if the cat convertor drops below a certain temp. The Pacifica doesn't seem to need to do the cat convertor heating and the ICE didn't run excessively until a few months ago. I'm guessing the "plug-in" hybrid classification gets around the EPA cat convertor temp requirement.

The tech knew about the excessive ICE run even though I didn't tell him. I guess he must of called the tech line and they told him that the code he was reading indicated that I had a defective battery heating module (heat strip type). Do you know the name of this module? Apparently when it quits working the ICE runs until the coolant temp gets warm enough to make the hybrid batteries happy. But as I said, it's kind of confusing since I can keep the ICE from running by turning off the climate control.
