Default Auto Shut off

On my 2005 when you turn off and remove the keys from the ignition, the radio will stay on for about 90 sec then shut off OR if you open the drivers door it will turn off immediately. My radio has decided it wants to stay on for the 90 seceven though I have exited the car.I checked the wiring diagram but cannot figure where the system detects the door being opened. Anyone know how the system senses the door being opened?

Thanks

It is controled by the IPM[intergrated power module]. Have you tried adjusting the delay time through the EVIC?
