Default blew my all four blinkers trying to splice an trailer wire

hi hopefully someone can help me, i was trying to hook up an tralier wire to a chry pacifia 05 but i messed up the blinkers,i was spliceing the wires directly on the blinker wire and there were two wires the white and black, so i assumed black is ground and splice the wire with the white one, all four blinkers went out, but the tail lights, the brake light and reverse work, i checked the bulbs on the blinker and they all work on another crysler, was told i might of blown a fuse but if so wouldnt the other lights not work so im at a stump right now

Check 20A fuse #31 in the Integrated Power Module (Under hood fuse panel). Legend on inside of lid.
