I have a 2007 Pacifica with 52,000 miles on it. While washing it, I noticed that there is raised area on the hood area where it has the Harley Davidson emblem. It hasn't broken through the paint and it almost looks like factory default but not sure. Any thoughts on this appreciated. Thank you.

 

You shouldn't be too surprised to find rust on a nine-year-old car. It's gonna happen.
