broken radio buttons

broken radio buttons

is there a fix for this, short of replacing the whole radio?

she is missing the button on the left, and hte one on the right seems like it is about to fall off anytime

it woud probably be cheaper to buy a used complete unit on ebay. I just saw one for like 35$.
