My 2004 Pacifica CD/DVD Player isn't working. When I switch the radio mode switch to "Ext. Disc" I get an "ERROR" message. The lights alternately flash above the "1-2-3" and then "4-5-6" buttons. When I hit eject I can hear the unit trying to do something...There are 2 disks already loaded, but I can't eject them... Is there a way to reset. I'm out of warranty
