Default In the center of the dash...what is the...

In the dash, almost center with the shifter, in the center of the heater controls, there is "something" that almost looks like a key slot.
This is right below the radio and just above the DVD.
Don't really know how else to describe it.

Can anyone tell me what exactly it is?

Thanks

looks like site glass? that would be an infra red sensor for the auto temp controls.
