Dear all,
I am facing this problem with the Pacifica.
The car was not used for more than 6 months.
Most likely battery is flat.
The key doesn't even work machanically, so it is impossible to get in.
Any suggestions?

 

Did you try this?

try putting a little bit of WD-40 on the key, put it in the lock and wiggle it in and out while trying to turn it. Be persistent but not forceful.

That method will sometimes work even if you have the wrong key.

You'll get a much better price for it if you can get it running. Nobody will pay much more than scrap value for a car that isn't running.
