Default Cruise control inoperable

Hi, I have a 2004 Pacifica, When I turn the cruise control on, it will not engage but the cruise control lights up on the dash. The car has sat for many years without being driven. I was just wondering if there was a fuse that could be causing the problem. I found the fuse box under the hood but nothing specifying the cruise control. Is there a fuse box under the dash in this car also? Is there a component I should be looking at? I do not have a repair manual for the car so I wouldn't even begin to know where to start looking.

make sure there is vacuum going to the servo that controls the cruise.

thank you for the info. I will look for the info of where the servo is located. I thought like my ford there would be a pressure switch on the brake reservoir but there isn't one.

I did find a small vacuum hose busted off maybe someone knows where it attached to? Looks like the nipple busted.

Thank you for the information. I'm going to have to buy a repair manual for this car. It's the 1st Chrysler I've ever owned and I do not know where anything is on it. Thanks again for the help, if I find when it broke off of maybe I can epoxy it back in place or something? IDK.

Ok, there is a rubber T connector. It has 2 black lines and 1 red line. The black line that goes to the valve cover is the damaged one.
