I am going to try this post again, I have an 07 pac touring. Vehicle has the RAH stereo head unit & the 6 disc cd/DVD changer. I purchased the factory harness for the monitor as well as the factory monitor.
Is the mounting bracket for the monitor in place under the headliner????
is the template for the mounting location avail from chrysler??? If not, does anyone have the template that i can purchase it from ????
Is the mounting hardware kit avail from Chrysler, or does anyone have a spare set for sale ????

I am in need of this stuff , so that i can finish the install

Any help would be greatly appreciated

how did u come across a monitor and harness and not the other stuff??
The install kits come with everything call a dealer to see how much an install kit is for your car.

 

as per your advice, I checked with my local dealers & 2 out of 2 said that they do not have avail an install kit for the dvd monitor to fit in my 07 pacifica. anything else to try????

 

Did you ask then to order it? How would they install it then? I'll Check my PC at work on Monday to see if I have the install intructions on it.. I think the intructions have the template in it. If I rememebr correctly, when you cut the hole, the bracket is there. I have never done this, I have just read how to do it. You might want to ask over at pacficaworld.com for template. Also.. have you done a search for the install direcrtions and template on the net?

 

ok , i have searched the web , but i can not find it, so is it possible for someone with a 07 pac without sun roof & the V.E.S to give me a center mark from the front headliner storage compartment hinge seam to the center point of the video monitor. This should be enough to get me in the right location for mounting my monitor.
