Default Front end noise

I purchased a loaded 05 Pacifica in beautiful shape with 60 000 miles for a good deal. The lady said it needed something in front end, I read about the ptu but I am unsure if this is my issue. It seems to run and drive fine. When I back up and turn sharp I here clicking, then if I go into drive and turn sharp I here so,ring clock the odd time, no clicking when driving straight or slight turns, when I drive at highway speeds I can feel the slightest vibration in the floorboard by my feet and a little shake in steering wheel. When I park to car and leave it run and wiggle the steering wheel left to right I here clunks. I jacked from end and inspected it no play in wheels and no cv boots leaking, anyone have an idea what it may me. I am hoping it's not ptu.

Thanks!

Default Clicking

Sure sound like the CV joint to me. Even though the boot is intact the joint can be worn.
