Default Help with transmission trouble.

A few weeks ago my 2007 pacifica touring stopped moving forward as I approached a right turn. The car killed. I put it in park, started it, put it in drive and gave it some gas. It moved about a foot and stopped as if someone had put the brake on. I ended up backing it up and off the road. Since then it will not move forward in any gear, but does work in reverse. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong. I sure could use the help. Thanks.

did you ever figure out what was wrong ? The same thing happened to my last month October 15 and I had the transmission swapped out but the engine is having electrical issues now. Was wondering if you took a different route than me.

the original poster and yours will be separate likely first his is original with no human interaction with the transmission yours you had someone remove and install a new one lots of human errors and factors are now in play as well as the condition of the one you installed.

It was the original transmission that failed, couldn’t afford to rebuild it so I had it replaced after the fact. But now I have codes for a lot of sensors in the engine. Crankshaft, throttle body position 1, 2, intake manifold absolute pressure sensor, tuning valve sensor, and runner position sensor
