Default ipod adapter

I am trying to put an ipod adapter into my 2004 pac
It has Factory Navigation
Rear Seat Entertainment
Factory 6 Disc Changer

Anybody know what part I need, and how hard is it to install?
Thanks.

Default RE: ipod adapter

Chrysler makes a nice adaptor that works on Ipods only. It holds the Ipod in the glove box, Allows you to use the stereo controls to operate the player, and shows your selections on the strereo face plate. But it's pricey (around $400.00) I have no idea how much install would be. Check with a car stereo shop, (A stand alone shop, not the car audio dept in some big box store) for options. I can't use the factory adaptor because I use a Sandisc MP3 player, so I got a nice audio input adaptor That pluged directly into my factory stereo for about $60.00. The FM transmitter type that you plug into the cigarette lighter didn't work very well on mine because the rear glass antenna was so far away, I got bleed over.
