just wondering if anyone else has hooked up a line out converter to hook up an amp in their pacifica. I have an 04 that has the OEM amp as well. Basically I have some newer aftermarket speakers I wanted to put in. Of course since they're 4 ohm they won't sound as good through the factory set up.

I want to retain the factory stereo because I have one of the models that came with the in dash dvd player. Far as I can see, I just hook the line out converter directly off the radio. Sounds straight forward. Just wanted some input.
