Default No power to seats or outlet

I've lost power to the power seats and power outlet on my 2004 Pacifica and the fuses are all good. Any ideas. Another relay, fusable link, other?

Circuit breaker in position 1 of Power distribution center.

40 amp "BLOCK" fuse in position 8
