I have the same problems and they changed the controller arms and sway bar/links and when I pulled out of the dealer parking lot the noise started right up again. I re torqued the hub nuts and that was the problem.

I have an '07 Pac and have had front end noise since I purchased the car. When I pull out of my driveway, it sounds as if something is rattling under the vehicle. I have had the car to four different Chrysler dealers(I tried them out to see who had better service) and only one of the four did anything about it. One dealer replaced the fender cover saying it was loose. After the install, the mechanic still heard the noise so they replaced the left strut but the noise is still there. I returned to the delaer for my next service visit and they told me that they made the necessary repairs and there is nothing more they will do.
I like this car but that noise is annoying. Any ideas on what it could be? Can anyone recpmmend a good dealer in NJ?

There is a front end noise when I make a right hand turn only. As I am turning the wheel it sounds like a groaning noise. Maybe the power steering.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think I have the same noise on right front end, I can hear it just on low speeds, when I make a turn, sometimes when accelerate or brake, or switch gear to drive, I took it to 2 different dealers, but they didn't find nothing.

Front ends are a bad deal on Pacifica. I've replaced the bushings 2 or 3 times. They wear out often. I recently had my 04 Pac at Merrick Dodge in NY. They wanted to do about $4000 work on my 5 year old Pac with 76 K miles!!! I told them "no way". (Several years ago they told me my wife's 96 Voyager needed $2500 worth of work. I brought that car to other mechanics who found nothing wrong.) I brought my car to another Chrysler dealer who fixed the car for $900. The front end had been making knocking noises when turning the steering wheel and the "Ck engine" was on.

Why did I go back to Merrick Dodge after the incident with my wife's car? The original dealer (Ryan) was taken over by Merrick Dodge. Steer clear Of Merrick Dodge.
