Default operating Navigation system while driving?

I have an '04 Pacifica. I get really annoyed at the fact that the navigation system cannot be used while driving. There are many times I could use it while my husband is driving. I know the screen isn't in the perfect place for the passenger to help use, but it is possible, and I can't tell you how many times we wish we could use it that way. Anyway, my dad has a Lexus, and he found a way around it ... there are buttons he can push to change the settings so it can be used while driving. I've been unable to find out if such a setting exists for the Chryslers. Can anyone help?

Did you ever figure out how to change navigation on Pacifica while driving?

I've never seen a way to do it... My wife and I just use a Garmin now... Easier to keep up to date to boot.

There is a way to do it. I had a 300SRT8 previously and it had a similar issue. I had researched it back then and there were guys who used a hack DVD to do it. Look on 300cforums.com forums to find it.
