as a 'professional' mechanic myself, i have to agree with ChryslerTech on this one. some folks think that just because they give you the error code that you automatically know what the fix is. sometimes the code only helps to narrow down to the system and then the rest is up to a technician with proper diagnostic tools and ability to figure exactly what is causing the problem.
