Default Power Liftgate Problem

I have a 06 Pacifica w/power liftgate problem. If I try to open with key fob, or the overhead button, lights flash but nothing happens. However I get a message, "temp to cold for liftgate". It's 80 degrees out. If I drive it, then it works fine.
Had it to the dealer and they replaced the ambient temp sensor. Within a week, the same problem happened. Took it back to the dealer, this time they replaced the madule. Guest what, again, within a week, the same problem.
Any thoughts?

Default 100 degrees... TOO COLD!?!?!?

Can't help you, but I'm tuned in to this one.

100 degrees yesterday and I got the same message on my 2007.
