Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, recently bought a 2005 Pacifica Base 3.8 V6 with 87,000 miles on it. I am not incredibly savvy in the world of cars, but I'm slowly learning. Anyway, for some reason, one of the power outlets will not work. The terminal still has power, but won't charge. It it the front outlet on the driver's side.

Sorry, that makes no sense. Either it has power (is working) or it doesn't. If the outlet has power but your device isn't charging, then the problem is with your device or its attachment.
