Default Problem with auto climate control

Hello everyone,
I have a 2006 Pacifica Touring. I am having a problem with
my auto climate control.
1. It will not shut off. When you push the power off button, It will come right back on as soon as you release the button.

2. When you push the fan speed increase button it will go up and you can hear the blower rise up. however, when you release the button the the blower speed goes back down and the led indicators show it decrease back down to the lowest speed position.

3. Auto Hi and Low do not work.

All other functions seem to work.
Things I have done so far is replaced the Blower control module. (twice)
and re calibrated The auto climate control.

Has any had the same problem or any ideas?
Thanks
