Default Reliable Extended Warranties

My '06 Pac is about to go off warranty and I'm nervous about obtaining an extended warranty from Chrysler, for obvious reasons.

I have had my share of third party extended warranties over the years that turned out to be less than desirable.

Which companies are out there that are reliable and won't give me any problems?

I guess you didn't understand the gist of my message. I would like to go with a Chrysler warranty but in the event of a bankruptcy (by Chrysler or my local dealer) it will prove to be worthless paper. In light of that, I want to cut my risk by obtaining a reputable third party warranty, if there is such a thing.
