Default Rocker panel rust

Anyone ever install new rocker panels on their Pacifica ? Mine are shot on both sides and mostly on bottom of face and underneath . I know they make the slip on panels but not sure if they will cover my damage . Do they make a full panel ? Thanks and any info would help !

I just had my engine cradle replaced, as it was rusted and rotting out.and the subframe and underside of the rockers were also rusted out. Nothing was visible except from under the car but underneath it was very rusted, not just on the bottoms but going up the pillars. The shop replaced the cradle and cut out all of the rust damage along the subframe and rockers and welded new metal in, painted and undercoated it.

Cost me $2,100 but the car would not pass inspection and was essentially only good for parts in that state. Considering that it's a Limited, only has 93K miles and has tires and brakes with less than 10K, and I've owned the Pacifica since it had 2K, know its history, have maintained it well, has been mostly problem-free, I thought it was better to put in the money than go find another car. Granted, it's money that I never should have had to spend, the rust problem is the result of a design defect and Chrysler should have repaired these cars rather than stiffing their customers.

Hello... Were your inner fenders rusted? The panels behind the front fenders on my Pacifica were rusted, as well as my rocker guards. Had the subframe replaced, but I would also like to know what your mechanic did about the rust that was creeping up your pillars? Mine has that issue as well.

I have not got that far but most of my rust was bottom parts orockers and the inner part ! I am fixing myself ! It looks like the car was oil coated because frames and carriage are real good ! If i had pillar rust , I would either buy a panel ( if they make them ) or cut out bad and weld in good steel !

I installed front struts yesterday and noticed that indeed the inner fenders are rusted badly ! I wonder if you can buy that panel ? If not I guess remove fenders and weld in metal !
