Default same problem, new post 04'pacifica no heat

I have researched other posts about a similar problem on my 04' pacifica w/ATC. The front blower does not work. So far I have checked the relay and fuse, both ok. I changed the blower control module behind the glove box. Still not working. Is there a fuse in line between the control head and the blower module? and If I bench test the motor is it strictly 12V on the high side or is it lowered through the control module? Any help would be greatly appreciated ... Brrrrrrr -20 degrees with the wind chill this morning[]

Update for Pacifica owners, FYI if you encounter the same issues be sure to test the blower motor before changing the blower control module. It will save you $77. I found that I had an output voltage of 11.75 vdc from the control module (old and new), I then removed the blower motor and hooked it up to a variable power supply set at 11.8 vdc and the motor hums and barely moves. New blower motor is on order.
