Default Strong Burning Smell Coming from Rear

I own a 2004 Pacific. The car drives nicely. But there has been a strong burning smell coming from the rear end of the car or underneath car. I smell under hood and it doesn't appear to be coming under there. But when I smell around the back tires especially the rear passenger tire it smells like something is burning. Any help welcomed.

You could have a dragging brake or possibly you hooked a plastic bag on the exhaust pipe. You could have an electrical short. It could be a lot of things. Somebody is going to have to get under there and look at it closely. No way to do that over the internet.
