Default Timing Belt Replacement Error

Had to replace water pump which required timing belt removal. Well, I did the job and car ran fine but "check engine" came on. Code read indicated "cylinder too Lean". Did the whole job over and now not firing. It must have been the valve shaft that turned on me several notches to the left and me assuming I can just turn back with ratchet.

No everything must be miss-aligned. What are my options? If any
