Fix fix fix

I was able to fix this myself and save lots money I’m sure.

Turn Car on

press and hold volume and browser for approximately 30 seconds, your screen should light up.

turn car off

should work after that, good luck.

Hi all, we to have a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and the screen will not come on. I read the form here and the auto response from Chrysler says please take it in to the shop. Have any of you had any luck fixing it yourself or know what the problem is? Thank you.

Thank you so much, this worked like a charm! You saved me a few days without the functionality & a 25 mile drive to the dealership.
I read a comment made by someone with the same problem, that the only thing he did differently lately was use the remote start. Oddly enough I used the remote start last night, I've never used it before. May not have anything to do with it but an odd coincidence anyway.

Thanks so much for the fix. It took me a second to confirm, but just hold the Volume and "Browse" buttons for about 20 seconds and it resets.

Help, our screen is black...

Please help. Our screen is black again. We are no longer under warranty (36K miles) and do not want to pay for a dealer visit... especially since we had the issue prior to the warranty expiring and it sounds like it could be a recurring issue. Any thoughts?
