Please help. Our screen is black again. We are no longer under warranty (36K miles) and do not want to pay for a dealer visit... especially since we had the issue prior to the warranty expiring and it sounds like it could be a recurring issue. Any thoughts?

yes we will be scheduling an appointment, unless there is an easy solution.. and not screen power button does not help.

Turn Car on press and hold volume and browser for approximately 30 seconds, your screen should light up. turn car off should work after that, good luck. so thankful this worked! Thank you! |
we had similar screen issues just after we got our Pacifica and it was actually the previous owner who told us about this procedure!
worked perfectly, haven't had any problems since.... |

EASY SOLUTION first posted at #11... It works now! Turn van on Press in both the volume and the browse/enter buttons for 20 seconds It'll come right up |

My touch screen went out, I took it to the dealer and the dealer said. "we can't fix it". Chrysler, you suck

I forgot to mention that we paid $280 for an uxillary battery before the service manager tol be that he could not fix it.
