Turn van on Press in both the volume and the browse/enter buttons for 20 seconds Ours went out once too and I found this thread and it worked! The dealer didn't even know about this reset/reboot option! Good luck! |

Make it a project to contact the people who write the manuals and tell them to include the above reset procedure in the owners manual and shop manual. This shouldn't be a secret. |

My screen went black, nothing. I followed your advice and held the volume button and browser button down for 30 seconds. It came back on. It works like a charm. Thanks so much. I had visions of taking my Chrysler to the dealer, but now I don't have to.
