Transmission Cooler

I want to add a transmission cooler to my 2007, 4L Pacifica and do not know the diameter or thread per inch of the hose connectors on the radiator. Can any one help?

Transmission cooler

Yes, it does have a cooler but I want to increase the capacity to keep temps down while pulling my trailer in hilly country.
