Default TSB $ after warranty

My 2005 Pacificia, purchased inJune 2004,has had a chronic issue with popping, clicking and snapping noises during acceleration after going from drive to rev, rev to drive, and when downshifting. It wasserviced for this issueunder warranty as TSB 0300604, but continues to have the same situation after the 70k mile powertrain warranty expired. Am I now responsible for the cost of this malfunction? What will happen if it is not repaired?

I too would recommend taking it back to the dealer to see what they could do since it was documented during the warranty period. Did it occur during the 70K extended warranty?

Working on the dealer side of things wont be covered under warranty. That being said your service department might be willing to help out if you don't go about it as being a giant a$$. Just go in state your case and see if they will be willing to work with you. play your cards right and they might get chrysler to help out with it too.
