SUBJECT:
Dip Or Sag In The Center Of The Instrument Panel (IP)
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves adding a clip and two pieces of foam under the center of the IP.
MODELS:
2004 - 2005 (CS) Pacifica
NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or before December 10, 2004 (MDH

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The vehicle operator may notice a dip or sag in the center of the IP, forward of the
instrument panel speaker where the IP meets the instrument panel top cover.
DIAGNOSIS:
Eliminate the possibility that the instrument panel top cover might not be sitting fully in
position. Try pushing down on the instrument panel top cover to verify that all the vertical
attaching clips are seated properly. If the instrument panel top cover is seated properly,

top cover, perform the Repair Procedure.

I had it done on my 04 when it was new. Although it helped a little, it still slightly dipped when it got real hot but not gap like before.
