Default Tsb 18-003-09

I have a 2009 chrysler town and country. Today during a service appointment they made a pcm update 18-003-09. I assume that it was for my complaint of transmission surging at speeds between 30 to 40 mph.
Can anyone explain the update.

Default Pcm update

Thanks chrysler tech. I don't think that it corrected the problem, but I will continue to keep the dealer on alert.
