Agreed Moe, honestly I like the manager at the service shop. He was honest and up front with me. He even took his time to look at the seat.

You know what the problem is I just want the whole process to be over. I feel as though I am still at the dealership buying this car. It took two weeks to get the key now it is going to take several more weeks for the seat to be fixed. I just it done so I can enjoy the car.

Moe & Chrysler Tech,

I don't think BluPac was picking on the mechanics as much as the sales end. I agree I've usually gotten a fair deal when it comes to service, but can't say the same about sales. Face it, If my daughter came to me & said I'm getting married to a mechanic I'd be all right with that, BUT if she said I'm marrying a used car salesman... WELL lets not go there[:'(]
