03 PT won't crank

Default 03 PT won't crank
Jumped the starter at the relay and it fires right up. Went and got a new relay and now it still won't crank. Could it be the ignition switch or?? TIA for your help.

Check battery and battery connections. Corroded battery connections can make it almost like the battery is not there.
