Default 2004 GT turbo computer issue

I’m experiencing ECM issues. It doesn’t command the heater circuits for the oxygen sensors, vehicle running super rich, fouling plugs and extremely poor gas mileage. This is the second “refurbished” computer that I’m putting in from a company in Florida. Anyone else having these ECM issues? Does anyone have a source for a working ECM new or used

Browse over to 'allpar.com'. There is a contributor 'myckee' who specializes in PT ecm's. Has a very good reputation and backs his works.

so what are the codes in the computer? the heater circuits are designed to help it get up to operating temp thats about it they will stull run with out that feature. and certainly not foul spark plugs. Have you checked to see if they are infact getting voltage to the heater grids on the wires?

Default Current codes are P0031&P0037

Current codes P0031&P0037, I don’t think there’s issues with wires bc tech able to activate the heaters with his scan tool

The scan tool uses the ecm to activate the heaters. Have the O2 sensors been replaced? Need to replace with OEM/NGK or Denso only. No Bosch as they do not play well with chryslers.

yeah likely bosh o2 sensor installed because the likely hood of having 2 separate o2 heater circuits be bad with the same code at the same time is like 1million to one shot.
