Unhappy 2004 PT Cruiser Cuts Out, Engine dies for no reason

At first, my first suspect was the fuel pump, I replaced the fuel pump and the still problem.
The engine light goes on and the engine cuts off, the codes were P0038 & P0032, I crank the engine and Immediately engine go on, It's running well some days and after the problem back again. I need help.
2004 PT Cruiser 2.4L non turbo.

02 sensor heater shorting out.
Check wiring harness for damage or shorts.
It could also be a damaged heater circuit within an O2 sensor, or a defective ECM.

If wires look fine, try replacing the O2 sensors. They should be replaced every 40,000 miles anyway, and almost no one ever does at least till they have failed.
