2006 PT Crusr. Fuses and Rear lights

I have a 2006 PT Crusier, and have a small problem. Like the rear tail lights, nor break light will turn on. Is it a fuse? And need to find a schematics for the fuse box. Any help. Thanks in Dallas

Sounds like a TIPM to me which is the fuse box it self.
