My ASD Relay fuse blew in my 2006 pt cruiser. I changed the fuse and it fires up and runs fine. I can leave the car running forever if i want. I can drive it anywhere in reverse if i wanted (obviously not going to do that), but as soon as i put it in drive, the fuse blows and the car dies.

 

wire shorting to ground when you put it in drive the engine rolls.
