Default How to check air condition in winter

It may sound stupid, but I recently had an air conditioning problem I needed fixing before going down south. I can turn it on, but since it's around -5 Celsius outside, I don't know if this thing is working, or would I not notice this at all in this temperature I live in?

It won't even come on if the weather is too cold. You'll need to get it indoors and warmed up somehow or bring your toolbox with you when you go south. I'd opt for the latter.

Boy, warm weather sounds really nice right now.....

The trouble with going south at this time of year though is after you spend a week or so down there, you start thinking that it'll be almost spring when you get home, but when you get back up north it's just as cold and crappy as when you left. Oh well.....

Ok thanks. I hope it all works down south, although it will only be around 25 degrees, so nothing too hot.

It's going to be hard to come back, unless our weather gets into the plus temps, which I doubt.
