Default Intake Manifold Wiring

I removed the cylinder head from our 2002 PT Cruiser and then realized I couldn't get a rebuilt head for 2 months. Even more time went by and I have just gotten the new head installed. Installing the upper intake manifold I figured our where all the electrical plugs go into EXCEPT one. The is a one wire plug on the air filter side that I just cannot find what it plugs into. The wire looms were pushed out of the way, so maybe I don't have it near where it goes. Any suggestions really REALLY appreciated. Any thoughts on starting it up for the first time in 6 months with the new head?

What is the color of the wire, base color and trace line?

One item that comes to mind is for the RF capacitor that typically attaches to the valve cover

Default Wire

Exactly as you said. I uncovered in my piles of stuff a unit on a tab that had a connection that fit the wire in question. Mounted it on a valve cover belt and seems to be fine.

Default Finally Runnning-but rough

The PT has 156K on it and the valves were noisy. So I tried replacing cam bearing, lifters and rocke rarms. Reinstalling the cam I broke a bolt which resulted the need to replace the head. I got the new head on and everything hooked up. It starts but runs rough at idle. At higher RPM is is smoother. I am wondering if I didn't get the timing right. At least if I have to check that I have less to do than the whole head replacement. All thoughts and suggestions appreciated and taken seriously. Thanks for the help everyone.

Default Fuel Injector Rail?

When I put new O rings on the rail, one of the plastic holder broke the "washer" off on the engine side. Since the rail is pressed up against the manifold I didn't think it was a problem. With the engine running rough could it be that this is the problem? Will I have to replace the whole rail?
