I have a 02 PT that the low beams will turn on and when I actuate the lever for the hi beams the dash indicator lights up but the low beams stay on and the hi-beams do nothing. I have tried a new multi function switch on the column, relays and have new light bulbs. I'm scratching my noggin hoping someone can shed some light on this "wonderful" problem I'm having.
