No Start
fires but doesn't catch, seems to me it's out of timing!
Checked fire at all plugs, spark.
Disconnected fuel line at fuel rail, had friend turn on the ignition and gas pored out of the line into a coffee can. pulled #1 plug and it is wet! Pulled all plugs and installed new ones. Plug wires are about a year old.

Good fuel flow does not indicate adequate fuel pressure - should be around 48psi +- 5psi. Low fuel pressure can dribble enough fuel to fire but not enough to run. Low fuel pressure will not atomized the fuel sufficiently to run which may result in a wet plug. Given that the FP/ASD fuse was blown may indicate the fuel pump is having issues.
Were Champion/NGK copper plugs used? These 4-bangers seem to like copper plugs.
