oil sending unit
No. If it won't start, you've got other problems. Get the codes read, if any, and come back with more information such as, year make and model, engine size and mileage, and what lead to the problem and what, if anything, have you done to try to remedy it.
04 pt cruiser 2.4 turbo 135,000 miles, driving to work the turbo went bad, pouring smoke out the exhaust, my oil ended up in my turbo to charge air cooler intake duct, managed to drive it home and cut it off, it would still start but made terrible noise as expected, car sat 6 months replaced exhaust manifold and turbo put in new battery, tried to start it turned the key and motor wouldn't turn over, dash lights all on but nothing when turn key, thanks for any suggestions
If it ran until it stopped it could be seized. Put a wrench on the damper pulley bolt and see if the crankshaft will turn, even slightly. If the crank can be turned, then check the starter motor and see why it's not turning.
