Default p0700 and p0882 06 PT

i have an 06 pt and my trans recently got put in limp so it won't shift. i have a check engine light with p0700 and p0882. i saw im supposed to check the t15 circuit with a meter but im a little confused. to test circuit t15 with the p0700 and p0882 dtc codes, i need to remove connector #4 at the pcm and then remove connector #2 at the tipm, but i'm not exactly sure which one is connector 2 since they are labeled a, b, c, etc. in the tipm. which one is #2. if i don't have any continuity between c4 #18 and c2 #10 what has that indicated? is there a procedure to test for a bad relay in the tipm? sorry for all the ?s also i saw that the yellow/brown #2 wire from the tipm goes to an intermediate connector c102 and exits c102 as a light green wire and goes to connector #4 at the pcm, but where is this c102 intermediate connector located? i can't see where the light green wire is. thanks for replies - pete

kevin, you are the best, thank you! one more question. looks like i need to find a new tipm. i see a lot part numbers for 06 pt cruiser tipms. most almost the same part number exact the last two letters are different. mine is p56049719ak, do you know which other tipms will work in my car and what the difference is between the last two letters of the tipms? i found 3 online.. one is part number p56049719am or p56049719an or p56049719aq? will any of those work with mine? thank you for your info.

For anyone who is wondering still, the different last two letters reflect ongoing changes in the same basic TIPM. ALL with the same part nbet before those letters are interchangeable if working properly.
