Timing
I just replaced the timing belt (more to it than that, but,). I rotated the crank four turns. I put a straight edge in line with the timing marks on the outside of the cam gears through the center of the cam gear bolts. It looks like one cam is off by a tooth. Can I change the timing by a tooth or so without having to remove the belt using the tensioner? Getting the belt on was a giant hassle I don't want to repeat. Is it safe or recommended to start the engine for a few seconds before putting all the mounts, etc back on? Thanks!
