Default 05 T&C Died & Won't Start

I have a 2005 T&C with the 3.8 liter. It has all of 41,000 miles on it and has been babied. It died on the road today and will not start. It turns over and is getting spark. Has anyone had a similar problem? Also, is there a fuse panel on the inside of the van? I know have found the fuse/relay panel in the engine compartment, but I can't find one inside the passenger compartment. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It could be many things including a bad fuel pump.

Definitely sounds like a fuel problem. You should also check the immobilizer circuit. I had trouble with it on a 99 Jeep I had. You still have warranty though and free towing too. The only fuse panel I'm aware of is under the hood. Doubt if it's a fuse though.
