the front blower on my 05 t&c will not work on any settings, I have replaces the blower control module twice and both times the front blower worked for a day and then wouldn't work again. the rear blower has always worked. I do not have automatic climite control

 

replace the blower motor itself and a new resistor.

 

You may want to try giving the connector a wiggle (and each wire one at a time)to see if it comes on. Could be a bad connection.
