08 T&C power lock issue

08 T&C power lock issue
I have an issue with the power locks closing automatically. Occurs even when driving and is constantly cycling and they are always trying to lock. Changed the FOB battery but no change. Is this possibly a relay issue.? Any help would be great. My 75 year old mother is freaking out. lol
