Default 2010 T&C Sliding Door Power Lock Problem

My driver side sliding door (2010 T&C) will not respond to the power lock commands from the key fab or the auto locks in the car. It can be locked and unlocked manually from within the car. I have not began troubleshooting because I am unsure where to start.

Are there common issues that I should check first or just start tracing wiring?

Is the actuator easy to access?

Is there an available wiring schematic for this?

Any help is appreciated!

I can send you a diagram for a 2008. Same generation so it should be close. Send a private message and include an email address. How? Click "user cp" at upper left then "private messages" in left column.

Not at all sure this is the case but on earlier models there is a wire bundle that runs in a channel in the chassy at the bottom of the door. It practically folds over itself anytime you open and close the door so it's protected by an articulated cover. This bundle has a history of problems. I think the control wiring for the lock may be in there.
